Auction Info

• Bidding will open at 5:00pm. The auction will remain open during dinner service and will close at approximately 7:15pm. An official announcement will be made during the program.

• Bid sheets are in front of each item and include the corresponding item number. To place a bid, fill in all personal information as well as the bid amount.  No arrows will be accepted as a bid.

• Winning bids will be recorded on the bid sheet when the auction closes.

• In the event of a dispute, the Auction Committee shall act as the final authority and shall determine the winning bid. The Committee’s decision will be final.

• All sales are final.  Exchanges or refunds are strictly prohibited.

• Payment in full this evening is mandatory. Cashiers open at the conclusion of the program. Payments can be made by cash, check, American Express,, Master Card, or Visa.
