Auction Info

Bidding will open at 5:00pm. The auction will remain open during dinner service and will close at approximately 7:15pm. An official announcement will be made during the program.

Bid sheets are in front of each item and include the corresponding item number. To place a bid, fill in all personal information as well as the bid amount. No arrows will be accepted as a bid.

Winning bids will be recorded on the bid sheet when the auction closes.

In the event of a dispute, the Auction Committee shall act as the final authority and shall determine the winning bid. The Committee’s decision will be final.

All sales are final. Exchanges or refunds are strictly prohibited.

Payment in full this evening is mandatory. Cashiers open at the conclusion of the program. Payments can be made by cash, check, American Express,, Master Card, or Visa.
